Question by chivita55: What is worse on your credit; forclosure or bankruptcy?
I am paying a $ 235,000 mortgage on a home that is worth $ 180,000. My loan is interest only. At this rate, i will never own the home. I am thinking of filing bankruptcy or letting my house go into forclosure. I need advise in regards to this matter. I wish there was a better way, but I bought my house when the market was good thinking it was going to go up in value.
