My brother went crazy when he turned 18 & got his first credit card in the mail & maxed out 4 credits in about 6 months & he also got mixed up in with some dumb friends that gave him bad checks & owes a few banks aswell as credit card companies. He's 21 now & just got a new job wants to start paying off he's debts but, he needs a Checking/Savings Account but when he tries to open one online it denies him. If I
