Q&A: Start credit, been declined too many times...?

Ok iv been declined for numerous credit cards, i stopped applying for about 6 or 7 months, and have recently applied for 3 cards here's my situation:

1) Iv been declined for an unsecured walmart card with no co-signer.
2) Iv been declined for a 300 dollar SECURED card with no co-signer
3) Iv been declined for a 500 dollar unsecured card WITH a co-signer.

Iv checked my credit score, i have no bad accounts, and no good
