I opened a credit card with Citibank and owe them money. Its been since July. The collection agency started contacting me in November and I keep telling them I don't have money right now but I will have somein January but they are telling me I will get sued by then and there is nothing they can do.

I thought I might be able to borrow $ 3500 to pay for half of it and told
