Question by lsutiger4god: How do I get a loan to pay off a bad debt, when no one will give me a loan because of it?
Long story short. I went through a divorce and lost a vehicle to reposession. I've been paying a minimal amount monthly to the collection agency for the last 3 years. Interest is still accruing, payments are barely making a dent in the balance. They offered a settlement, (don't have it on hand) but no one will give me a loan because of this vehicle on my credit report.
