How much will my cosigner help me get a low interest rate on my mortgage?

Question by sam: How much will my cosigner help me get a low interest rate on my mortgage?
My credit is bad because of a divorce. I make a medium amount of money.
If my parents cosign for the mortgage (they have excellent credit and have great jobs and lots of money), how will that affect my interest rate?
Will it give me an interest rate in the middle of what I would have gotten without them and what they would get by themselves or could I get a interest rate closer to their perfect FICO
