I did not pay my phone bill for a few months during the summer. The phone company contacted a debt collector who in turn wrote to me. As soon as they did this I paid the outstanding balance. Altogether, I have probably missed about five monthly payments with this particular phone company. I have £29 bill to this same company outstanding currently.
