Question by beasthoney: Is it illegal if i hadn't paid my credit card bills and bank's loan payments for 8 months now?
I used few credit cards to their limits and got a bank loan in U.K, which i haven't paid any installment back so far and its been 8 months now. I am in India right now, and not planning to go to U.K as my visa has already expired and i am in a real bad financial problem and don't think i will be able to pay it back. All i wan'ted to know is, as its been 8 months now and does
