Question by JOE: I was too naive!! Now I need my money & credit back!!? Please Help, I'll pick best ANSWER!!?
A friend of mine asked me for a help as guarantor to get vehicle loan. She didn’t made payment & screwed my credit. Besides, she also made $ 8000 purchase on my credit card without my permission! (Right after she got the vehicle) Initially she gave me 2 checks of $ 4000 ea. which came back NSF! As of now she owes me $ 5000!!
I ask bank 4 help, bank can't do anything since loan
