Best credit card for perks? (cashback, etc)?

My husband and I are responsible adults, have excellent credit and always pay our credit cards off in full every month, so we aren't looking for a lecture on how credit cards are bad...they aren't -unless you are irresponsible with them.

That said, what is the best credit card out there that offers incentives such as cash back? We aren't necessarily looking for frequent flyer miles because we don't fly very often, rather,
