Question by : Peoples gas Identity Theft!?! Legal Advice and inquiry!?
I moved into a new apartment, called peoples gas to place the heat in my name, asked for my social security #, Whence it was provided they told me it was provided already under someone else's name with an outstanding balance due. They informed me that they don't check social match to name unless there's an alert for protection of a social number. They told me it was opened 2002 and closed 2007, I was 14
