we have a 2nd home will my interest go up while my credit go bad and insurance rates go up will credit cards will be cancelled.we can afford two mortgages but it is scaring me when we have nothing left at end of month.will we be labeled as fraud since we make enough money.the house we want to foreclose is our rental property. what are the process the bank will do ,also we took a equity line on

My girlfriends sister leased a car has 4000 left to pay on it. Me and my girlfriend can't afford to take over the payments plus have full coveridge insurance but we can afford the 200 monthly payment plus 30 for basic coveridge. She has no credit and i have bad credit will somewhere give us a loan for 4000?

I haven't found a job that suits me because my main skill set is in the banking industry and Huntsville doesn't have many opportunities at all in that industry. My husbands family is almost unbearable for me to deal with now. Ive been so nice to them overly nice, theyve constantly taken advantage of me. I've gone above and beyond being nice. They never seem to return the favors. My mother in law asks for ridiculous things, she didn't pay for his brothers college and he almost got kicked out of school she wanted my husband to co sign and she will make payments on the loan,

I am currently applying for a mortgage. I know I have a few issues. I make 55k per year and my boyfriend makes 57K per year. I am the one with the bad score and credit card debt. My score is 630 and my debt is about 15K. I also have student loans but the interest rate is less then 1%. Is there any chance we are going to get aprroved?
