My husband and i are looking to buy a home. We need a preapproval letter for the home we want...but due to medical bills from a car wreck his credit is bad ( 554)..we need a 620 for 100% finance...we ahve the income and have less than $ 3000 in debt ( loans credit crads ect) we are good for the money but the loan companies want you to ahve a credit score of 620 or
