Question by laura: Stockton,California FHA loan limits? want to buy home, need loan help.?
hi we are looking to buy our first home. We want to use an FHA loan because we want to move within 5 months because our lease ends in our current apartment in 6 months. Considering that, we will only have a little to put down. We will buy in my husbands name cause Ive only been at my job for a week. His monthly gross income is about $ 4,000. I also have bad credit from about 3 yrs ago
