Question by boriquacj: Is it legal to be married and your husband co-owns his bank accounts stocks & IRA with his ex?
I can not get a bank account because of bad credit from my past marriage... But my 2nd husband is in the military and has been married to me for 3 yrs been together for 4 1/2 we have a 20 month old son... He still co-owns his navy fed account with his ex-wife and she and his 12 yr old daughter are his beneficiary on his IRA and Stocks ex wife gets 75% and his daughter 25%...
