Can someone please provide me with what the average rates are for people with good credit verses those with bad? I am teaching a class on credit to some young adults and would like to show them how much money they would save if they have good credit when they buy a house. I found rates for car buying but would like mortgage rates. What is the average for people with excellent credit, people with great credit,
