Question by Chuck W: Is there an organization I can complain to about a bad experience at a gas station?
At a recent fillup, the pump didn't shut off and my credit card was charged for about 12 gallons of gas that gushed out. It was in New Jersey where "self service" is against the law. The attendant refused to credit my card.
