My husband and I are trying to get a home loan but our credit is not good. His score is 601 and mine is 583. This is the only way for us to get a home right now. We are trying to get approved by a company in Ga. It's a 80/20 loan. The intrest rate will go up in 2 years but we will have our credit on tract by then. We are paying a lot in rent
