Question by scarlet rose: Question on Bad checks?
I live in IL. Stupidly, I wrote about 10 bad checks about 4 and a half years ago. They weren't for large amounts, I would buy a pack of gum and write it for 20 over. I paid most of it off, but some I did not. I then discussed it with my bankruptcy attorney.He said the bankruptcy may cover it, it may not.
They are not on my credit report. I tried calling the store numerous times in the past couple of weeks to check on it, but no one ever
