Question by Charmandor: Can my someone take legal responsibility over debt?
My ex-boyfriend and I were on a lease together (about 2 years ago) and after we broke up we decided that we still live together until we figure out what we were going to do with the apartment and the bills. A couple of weeks later he left our apartment, took all the furniture, and left me with all the bills. I had a two bedroom apartment, my own car payment, utility bills, phone bills, and I’d also co-signed for
