Question by ride every stride: credit rating and getting a mortgage?
My credit rating is 757 and I have been working at the same job for about 8 months now and make decent money. Do you think the bank will offer me a good loan? also my bf makes good money but has poor credit will they add his earnings into the equation or no because he has bad credit? What do you think we can get?
