Question by TIM H: anyone managed to get a mortgage with bad credit?
looking to buy our first home but have bad credit rating any 1 no good mortgage lenders that will accept bad cred ???

Answer by RMYeah I did... but then I woke up from my dream.
Take the next 6-12 months and pay down debts and pay things on time. Also make sure you have at least a 10% down payment (don't forget that on top of a down payment you have to pay inspection fees, appraisal fees,
