Question by summer v: how to fix my bad credit?
last year i applied for 2 credit cards and valero gas card and got denied so i finally got online and ran my credit report i found out my mom had applied for almost 5 cards and had maxed them out and never paid them off shes put me in almost $ 3,000 in debt so i have bad credit now the thing is ive tried to dispute them and some of them still wont come off i would file a police report but dont want to put my mother in jail is there
