Well my parents are divorcing after all animosity there was in the house. Any ways, they want to sell the house that they worked so hard in having and reconstructing it. this is my and my siblings childhood home. my mom wants to sell it to my brother, 25 and sister, 22. my dad just wants to sell to who ever, he just wants the money. i'm only 16 so i don's count. my sister doesn't have a great credit score but
